Terms of Service.

1. Scope

These terms govern purchases made through RIFT SHOP (the “Store”). By placing an order, the customer confirms that the information provided is accurate and that the customer has authority to use the selected payment method.

2. Products and digital delivery

Products are digital goods, licenses, access credentials or other electronically delivered items as described on the relevant product page. Delivery is performed through the customer account or another delivery method explicitly shown during checkout.

3. Orders and payment

An order is created when checkout is submitted. Payment is considered confirmed only after the selected payment provider reports a successful server-side payment confirmation. Prices and availability may change before an order is confirmed.

4. Customer account

Customers are responsible for keeping account access secure and for notifying RIFT SHOP of suspected unauthorized access. We may restrict an account when required to protect the Store, customers or payment systems.

5. Acceptable use

Customers must not attempt to abuse checkout, manipulate stock, bypass access controls, reverse engineer private administrative systems, submit fraudulent payment information or interfere with Store availability.

6. Digital goods and finality

Because digital goods can be delivered immediately, the availability of cancellation or withdrawal rights may depend on the applicable law and on whether digital delivery has begun with the customer's consent. The specific refund policy is available separately.

7. Support

Support requests can be submitted through the Store support area. Please include the order number and a concise description of the issue.

8. Changes

RIFT SHOP may update these terms when necessary. The version published at the time of an order will be retained as the applicable version for that transaction where required by law.
